Yoga With Dia: 30 Day Yoga Party!

I remember the first time I completed a 30 day yoga challenge.

I felt so cool. So strong. So proud of myself for making time each day to practice yoga–an act of love and dedication directed right at me.

What made that particular series so successful was that I could do it from home, and that each day the practice was between 15 and 30 minutes long. Unlike the yoga challenges I had longed to do in person once-upon-a-time, this experience didn't require an hour of my time, plus travel on each end. It felt casual, accessible, and fun!

It was with that in mind that I created 30 Day Yoga Party. (A party instead of a challenge, because we have enough challenges in life.)

So with lots of excitement, I invite you party with me!

You can begin this 30 day yoga journey anytime you’d like. Grab a buddy and party together, or see yourself into a solo journey of thoughtful, full-bodied movement over the course of a month.
